Delivery Locations & Costs

We offer retail customers flat rate shipping at different prices to locations around Australia (some exclusions apply) and use a range of third-party couriers to get orders to customers in the quickest, most cost-effective way. Delivery costs are based on your postcode and the pricing zone it falls under.

Goulburn, Southern Highlands, Nowra, Wagga, Albury, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Armidale, Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore, Gold Coast, Noosa, Sunshine Coast, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Adelaide Metro.

Please get in touch with our customer support team for a shipping quote before your order is finalised. Alternatively, if you are outside of the shipping zones but can pick up your item, select ‘Collection’.

There are some locations we can’t ship to. If you are in a regional or remote place, please get in touch before ordering so we can check if a courier service is available for your area. If we can ship to your location, we will!

Flat rate shipping is available for a limited time only and is not available for trade customers.

Custom Shipping Quote

Some large or fragile items can’t be shipped by our standard couriers and need a custom shipping quote. If a product is marked ‘Custom shipping or collection only’ contact us before placing your order and we’ll give you a quote or select ‘Collection’ and pick your item up in-store.

VIP Delivery Service

If you’d like a VIP delivery service, which includes delivery, unpacking, product placement in your home, and rubbish removal, please contact us in advance to receive a quote.

Trade Order Shipping

For trade customers, we quote shipping costs separately. If you want to know the shipping costs before your purchase, please contact our trade team. If not, complete your order with the delivery details and we’ll be in touch with a shipping quote on the same day or next day, from when your order was placed. We use a variety of couriers for our trade customers and offer both standard and VIP delivery services.

Delivery Days and Times

All dates quoted for delivery are estimates only and may be subject to change. The couriers we use only deliver during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Dispatching Orders

Your order will be dispatched for delivery within five business days from purchase. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the order tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery.

How Orders Are Packaged

1.Boxed

Light to medium-weight items will arrive boxed. Our couriers offer a door drop service for boxes. Large, boxed items can weigh up to 25kg – 30kg.

2.Pallets/Crates

Large or heavy items will arrive on a wooden pallet, and some will also be in an enclosed wooden crate. Please ensure you double-check the weight of your pot before ordering. The weights and dimensions are detailed on each product page, under the Product Information section.

Our couriers offer a kerbside drop-off only for large or heavy items in crates or pallets.

It’s a good idea to organise an extra set of hands (or more!) on delivery day for large, heavy, or bulky items that come in a wooden crate or pallet. Some large pots on their pallets can weigh more than 100kg – 150kg. In addition, wooden crates need to be opened with tools.

Sadly, couriers will only ‘drop’ the delivery and cannot help with opening or carrying products into your home, or taking away packaging, crate rubbish or wooden pallets. Rubbish removal is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Tracking & Enquiries

Contact orders@gardenlife.com.au or call 02 9517 3633 with your order details. Alternatively, from the email you receive with the delivery tracking details, click on the tracking link, which will connect to the MyParcel website. Then click on the ‘Contact MyParcel Today’ button to fill out a support request and MyParcel will assist with your enquiry.

Collection

Click & Collect orders are available within three business days from the date of purchase and can be picked up from our store in St Peters during trading hours. Collections must occur within 14 days of an order being placed. Should you require storage after 14 days, a storage fee of $25 per week per pallet will be charged. Storage options are subject to availability.
