Online orders Click and Collect

All Online Orders are Click and Collect only, to be collected from our store in St Peters, 158 Princes Highway, NSW, 2044. Should you require delivery organised by Garden Life, please contact us on 02 9517 3633 or [email protected] for a quote.



Collections or deliveries must occur within 14 days of an order being finalised. Should you require storage after 14 days, a storage fee of 10% of your total order per week will incur. Storage options are subject to availability and management’s approval.


Your order will be available to collect 48 hours after your purchase. Sometimes specific sizes or colours can be cleared out by commercial or multiple orders. If this happens and we cannot meet the guideline, we will contact you within 24 hours with an updated delivery date and the option of a refund if it does not suit you.


Garden Life offers curbside drop off service to local Sydney metro locations. We also have long term and trusted delivery partners for large and interstate requests. We use a variety of methods to get your delivery out to you in the most efficient manner.

Our products come loose. We will book via a fully insured transport company for interstate freight of fragile products who will package and wrap accordingly.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place other than the estimated date for delivery. Please note that couriers will only deliver during business hours Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm.

All items shipped via courier will need to be signed for. Delivery is deemed effective when the delivery company receives a signed receipt or delivery docket confirming the goods were received.


Accessibility (Large Bulky Items)

To provide accurate delivery pricing, there are access points we must be made aware of, including but not limited to: parking availability, vehicle height clearance, awkward spaces (e.g. narrow pathways, narrow streets), stairs, elevators, access passages (door/gate width), etc.

Due to access points not being wide enough, customers may need to arrange crane services to place large and heavy pots. We regret Garden Life does not offer such service, nor are we affiliated with any crane company.


Inspection of Goods

Please inspect the goods on delivery and notify us within 24 hours if they are damaged or are not what you think you ordered. This gives us the best opportunity to resolve it for you as quickly as possible. Please read the complete information in our returns and refund policy.


Title of Goods

Goods remain the property of Garden Life until paid in full.
