Delivery & Payment

We are based in Sydney and deliver in Sydney and Australia wide.

Delivery

We make use of a variety of methods to get your delivery out to you in the most efficient manner. Smaller deliveries (e.g. a few pots) generally come out with a point-to-point courier. Larger deliveries are arranged with a delivery company whom we trust to get to you in perfect condition.

Your order will, wherever possible, be sent to you in one delivery. If this will not be possible, we will contact you to discuss if you would prefer to receive the items that are available immediately, or wait until the whole order can be delivered together.

Delivery Timing

Whatever the delivery method, we will contact you to arrange a day and approximate delivery time. We will always try to give you a reasonable time frame.

If you have special requirements around the date or time of delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can make sure that these can be met within your expectations.

Difficult Access and Unattended Deliveries

Please let us know if you have difficult delivery access, e.g. stairs, steep driveways, narrow doorways, or where you think there will need to be two people to deliver due to access.

Delivery Charge
For some combinations of products and delivery postcodes it’s difficult to estimate a delivery charge online, which is why we also give you the option to pick up or make your own arrangements. Should you wish to have us organise the delivery, you can always send us an email or give us a call, we’ll be happy to provide you with a delivery quote.

Availability Guide

Availability is shown on each product page. Should there be low stock or out of stock, please feel free to contact us to confirm next available delivery.

Sometimes certain sizes or colours can be cleared out by commercial or multiple orders. If this happens and we cannot meet the guideline, we will contact you within 24 hours with an updated delivery date and the option of a refund if it does not suit you.

If you are unsure and want to check before purchase, please press “Enquire about this product” which allows you to send an email directly to us.

Interstate deliveries

We are very happy to ship interstate. Most deliveries take between 2 – 7 working days, whilst it is often next working day between major centres.

Payment Methods

Your order will only be processed once payment is authorised. Please note that the payment transaction will take place prior to delivery.

Online. You can pay online using Visa, Mastercard and American Express
Telephone. If you would prefer not to purchase online, you may telephone your order and credit card details to 02 9517 3633
Bank Transfer. We also accept payment via bank transfer

Inspection Of Goods

Please inspect the goods on delivery and notify us within 24 hours if they are damaged or are not what you think you ordered. This gives us the best opportunity to get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
