Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • If you change your mind within 14 days, we will provide a credit note or exchange for your product if returned in original condition.
  • Please note, however, that plants are a perishable item and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • If we are unable to supply, or you have received the wrong or damaged item, we will offer to refund the product, packaging and delivery fees.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale or clearance stock for change of mind.
  • Please make sure that you consider your purchase carefully, as we do not refund under any other circumstances.
