Garden Life x The Plant Society Collaboration - Saturday 2 November
In collaboration with the awesome folks at The Plant Society, we’ve dreamed up plant heaven – a lush and beautiful place for green thumbs, black thumbs and all shades in between, to connect, celebrate, swap, buy and learn about indoor plants and gardening.
Join us at Garden Life on Saturday 2 November from 9am – 4pm for a one-day celebration of botanical beauties and indoor greenery. There’ll be a variety of indoor plants available, from household favourites to harder to find specimens, plus pots, garden accessories, homewares together with delicious food and drinks.
The Plant Society founder, Jason Chongue, will host a workshop on indoor gardening for beginners, and will be in-store with a fabulous pop-up shop full of plant treasures.
Bring a pot plant to swap on the day, get answers to tricky plant questions and learn to confidently and skilfully care for the plants in your life – because let’s face it, we’ve all done some pretty regretful things to plants we love. Above all, be inspired to create your own indoor jungle at home.
Keep your indoor plants thriving with this two hour beginner’s guide to indoor gardening hosted by The Plant Society’s founder, Jason Chongue. You’ll learn the basics of indoor gardening including watering, the right light, repotting and maintaining your plants. This informal and social session will help rid your fear of indoor gardening and will set you on the right path for creating a healthy and beautiful indoor garden. Tickets are $30 from The Plant Society’s website and the workshop runs from 10am – 12pm at Garden Life.
